2 eggs with veggies and ghee - 14gms of protein
half cup coffee

Snack: 1 idli

Lunch: 2 Roti with Matar paneer and cauliflower
Yogurt rice with a slice of mango

Snack: banana + tea

Dinner: 11/2 roti with Matar paneer and cauliflower
1 idli with ghee

Water: About 2.25 liters
