1 slice raisin bread
1 cup hot water
2 eggs with onions and peppers + 1/2 avocado

Snack:
1 arise
some gavvalu + kajalu

Lunch

2 to 2.5 cups rice
rajma + bhindi
yogurt

Lunch: Chicken + Cauliflowe subzi + buttermilk + rice

Snack: 1 Rasamalai

Dinner: Dosas + Salad with

Green Lettuce with tomatoes, cheese and almonds + olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
Handfull of Cherries

Handfull of of pistachios all around the day

Early Morning Snack: 3 Rasa malai :(

Breakfast: Coffee + banana

Lunch: Beans and carrot subzi + 4 chicken meat balls browned in vegetable oil :(

Snack: 2 Rasa Malai + Mango

About a cup of pistachios all around the day

Dinner: 1 cup cooked rice
1 cup Chicken in cashew mint sauce
Beans + carrot subzi
Butter milk
1 slice of mango

Work out: not a whole lot as I fell down and hurt my toes

Note to self: Yesterday was good No wheat and oats. However very little veggies. Woke up hungry in the middle of the night.

1 Banana

Lunch:

Palak Paneet
Pepper mushroom subji
1 roti
1/2 cup rice with butter milk

snack: 1 rasamalai + 1/2 coffee

Dinner: 11/2 roti with Matar paneer and cauliflower
1 idli with ghee

Water: About 2.25 liters
