Woke up at 2:30 AM
Early Morning Snack: 3 Rasa malai :(
Breakfast: Coffee + banana
Lunch: Beans and carrot subzi + 4 chicken meat balls browned in vegetable oil :(
Snack: 2 Rasa Malai + Mango
About a cup of pistachios all around the day
Dinner: 1 cup cooked rice
1 cup Chicken in cashew mint sauce
Beans + carrot subzi
Butter milk
1 slice of mango
Work out: not a whole lot as I fell down and hurt my toes
