Note to self: Yesterday was good No wheat and oats. However very little veggies. Woke up hungry in the middle of the night.

1 Dosa
Breakfast:
1 cup coffee
1 Banana
Lunch:
Palak Paneet
Pepper mushroom subji
1 roti
1/2 cup rice with butter milk
snack: 1 rasamalai + 1/2 coffee
Dinner
