Breakfast:
1 slice raisin bread
1 cup hot water
2 eggs with onions and peppers + 1/2 avocado
Snack:
1 arise
some gavvalu + kajalu
Lunch
2 to 2.5 cups rice
rajma + bhindi
yogurt
